Rev. Jesse Jackson was interviewed last week at Yale for their "Everybody Has a Story" segment on the Yale Daily News website:
"Well the attacks have been so personal and degrading, the attempts to marginalize him: 'You're not an American,' 'You're not born here,' the birthers, 'You're not a Christian,' 'You're not qualified' -- the attempts undermine his authority as president, his moral authority, has been such an organized movement by the ...organized for some of the Tea Party eliminate [who] ideologically oppose blacks, woman and workers..."

My brother-in-law is black. I’m married to a women. We all work and I have no problem with any of them. Yet, we are all concerned that no one in the federal government knows how to run a calculator.
Emotional arguments such as Jackson’s are weak, intellectually lazy, and counter productive to the national discussion at hand which is: How do we reform social security, medicaid, medicare, Obamacare, and the tax code so we don’t go bankrupt? President Obama not only has no answers, he is making the task exponentially more difficult.
Jesse Jackson is a dunce....because he adds nothing to the conversation...and that’s just a fact. He should just go away because it’s time for the adults to talk.
