What do you mean "us," Kemosabe? If Howard Dean wants to push a job-killing agenda of higher taxes and other redistributionist claptrap, that's his business. But could he please spare us the faux populism?
In an email Dean sent out earlier today touting the "Inequality For All" house parties his DFA group is organizing [and what sounds like more fun than getting together to gripe about what other people have?], Dean wrote [emphasis added]: "These 'Inequality for All' Watch Parties are just the kind of action we need to start leveling the playing field between the 1% and the rest of us."
After the jump, view the record of just what a member in good standing of the 1% Howard Dean really is.

This kind of phoniness ticks me off. Ping to Today show list.
Inequality for All Watch Parties today,
Inequitable Wealth Confiscation Parties tomorrow.
My only regret is that the upper 1% are not earning even more. They are producing wealth — most of them work quite hard. They are not stealing from me. Nor are they feudal lords, old-South slave holders, or other labor demand monopolists. So the envy mongers have no right to vote themselves into their pocket books.
Any time you encounter one of these types in public, ask them do they ever send in extra money on April 15, over and above what they legally owe.
Okay, he can start by donating most of his wealth. And I’ll take $2000 for a new guitar.
Communists are all about hatred of the “bourgeoisie”. They’re not worried about any actual repressive class from before free-market capitalism.
Chutzpah:
Millionaire democrat politicians getting the low-info rabble all fired up about the hateful, greedy millionaires who won’t give them more free stuff.
I guess he can’t figure out that he’d be lowering himself down to our level. Oops. I forgot all hard working folks are in the 1%. Even if you’re not.
Like I always tell me liberal friends when they spout off on the envy superhighway “When can I pick up your net worth check for the Treasury Department”?
How else does one “level” that field, Howard?
So, are we now to expect that the “have nots” do for society what the
“haves” do on a daily basis?
Where does intelligence, training, ability, and talent figure in
to all of this?
Hard workers like George Soros, Jon Corzine, Lloyd Blankfein, and the men behind Solyndra?
The 1% are also paying a huge percentage amount of the nation’s taxes.
The problem is not the 1%, the problem is that Democrat policies have economically harmed the bottom 90-90%. And they won’t stop until we are all poor, unemployed and dependent on government assistance.
Howard Dean: Peace! Land! Bread! AAAAAAAAAAhhhh!
EEEEE YAWWWWWW!
Watch Parties?!?!
Alternate headline:
STASI RISES FROM THE ASHES LIKE A PHOENIX
It's a good case of the few well known bad apples, poising it for everyone else.
Maybe Michael Moore and other Hollywood multimillionaires can put on their baseball caps backwards and pretend they represent people who work for a living too... All the phoney blowhard liberals... too many to count.
“Your lupins or your life!”
Howard Dean, Howard Dean riding through the land,
Howard Dean, Howard Dean with no merry band,
He robs from the middle class to give to the poor and the elite,
Howard Dean,
Howard Dean,
Howard Dean.
Maybe Moore and Dean and the rest of them can go down to the hood and spread their own damn wealth around instead of thieving from us.
