That is not a prank, that's abuse. I have been in construction a long time and a prank is locking the door for a short time, throwing something against the side making a loud noise to startle someone. You don't need to back a truck against a unit to block the door, and then there are the morons who think it's funny to completely flip over the porta potty with someone inside. Do that to me and won't be me going to the hospital!
My dad tells the story of tipping out houses as a teen in the 50s...so it isn’t something new with porta potties... the best one he ever told though was when they couldn’t tip it, the old man came out the door (pants around his knees) while they took like greased lightening.... Dad remembered to duck the clothes line... all he heard from his buddy was gack.. he looked back to two feet straight out in the air (he’d forgotten the clothes line). Dad says he assumed he was dead and kept hauling... the other boy survived... no word if he was caught.
Not saying it’s right...sure does make a good story though.
He knows and doesn't care as long as it pays. Else, he would go exclusively after those who actually caused the damage vs. the far-removed manufacturer who provided a perfectly operational commodity.
It's akin to going after Exon if someone splashed your house with gasoline before setting it on fire.
