It is frightening nearly beyond words to think that this would create an opportunity for these convention members -- dis-educated in the public schools and indoctrinated in American universities -- to tinker with the inner workings of our great Constitution.

Don't be so sure. It doesn't take a genius, let alone a member of the Framing generation to realize our republic is in serious trouble because the people were sold the snake-oil of democracy 101 years ago.

Delegates (not reps) will show up with commissions, with defined limits to their voting power. Indiana's directive to delegates is backed up with felony sanctions for violations.
