Since 1 in 8 are here illegally, kicking illegals out would free up a lot of road space so there wouldn't need to be new roads.

I think if someone wanted to rebuild 20 year-old volvos, toyotas and fords to near showroom condition and sell them at a fair profit it would be a fine way to recycle and give people a choice to be untracked.

Same here. To reset the clock in my Jaguar I have to pull out the owners manual....so I just leave it alone and subtract an hour off the time.
Our Mercedes?! Forget about it.

I know exactly how this is going to work:

So many false alarms, people will pull the wire or fuse to the alarm noise maker. I know I would. I did this in the early days when cars made annoying buzzer noises for everything under the sun. Once they switched to pleasant chimes for various alerts, I didn’t mind so much.

A 100 dollar hook on the top of each car will fix the transportation system. A car breaks down, a helicopter comes, hooks up the car and tows it off the road.

A stupid idea but just as stupid as what the government is proposing.
