I see these people no matter where I go. On the interstate they drive in the left lane 10 mph below the speed limit even if the right lane is empty. Then they look confused when you blow by them in the right lane. In the south, these people are usually from Indiana or Ohio.

Or, flipside, the Massachusetts driver is doing twenty to thirty over and looks confused when he finally finds out that the speed limit is 65.
