There is nothing wrong with foreign languages per se: the Great Seal of the United States has slogans in Latin, and e pluribus unum isn't English either. (According to Al Gore, it means, "out of one, many.")

I would have preferred just English, but other than that to know which languages were being spoken. It didn't sound like just Spanish. Were the others Indian languages? Arabic?

We could be "sophisticated" like the Europeans and have signs everywhere in four languages--English, German, French, and Italian.

The English,Germans,French,and Italians are geographically close.

We are a large country with one language. Big difference.
