A Texas ophthalmologist and co-founder of AmericanDoctors4Truth tore down the curtain on Obamacare last week, describing President Obama’s “signature” legislative achievement for the con game of forced labor that it really is.
When she wrote to the Aetna insurance company canceling her participation in its offerings, Dr. Kristin Held of San Antonio was informed she is contractually bound to care for the company’s patients for another year — as though Obamacare not only re-configured the American health care system, it repealed the 13th Amendment at the same time.
In her letter dated Jan. 30, the long-time and vocal opponent of Obamacare wrote that the “law of the land” Obamacare is made up of “politically-expedient mandates, rewards, penalties, rules and regulations with which I cannot rationally or morally treat my patients and run a practice, much less interpret, implement or comply.”
In the letter, Held describes a strange form of care in which a doctor’s services are sold without the doctor’s knowledge or consent.
“So here we are,” Held wrote, “you are getting new business offering health insurance plans featuring my services without my consent under terms which are unacceptable to me …

I don't know the specifics of the changes, but it's a good bet that Aetna was going to unilaterally increase the number of their patients referred to her practice and/or reduce their reimbursements to her for her care, both of which are understandable reasons for her termination of the agreement.
It really is a form of indentured servitude. People with businesses told they must provide services without their consent. This is a whole new arena of people of those harmed. And for a blonde, she is lovely.
Someone who organizes medical services for low or no income families explained that the term “provider” is used to be inclusive of alternative staff who are going to play an increasing role in medical care. Translated that means it is going to be harder to see a doctor and people will more often be seen or treated by nurses or Physician’s Assistants so the software used in clinics is designed to refer to “Providers” instead of “doctors”.
The poor aren’t being helped. The middle class is getting raped. The professionals are being turned into second class citizens, who have no choice at all. And on top of that, they are being told what they can do and what they can charge.
Obama is such an ass-hat clown.
When Obamacare was being designed, he refused to allow physicians and hospital take part. He wanted no input from the providers.
Isn’t that just like a Leftist.
It’s like the Capitalist system. They want to run it, but they’ve never held a job in their lives in the private sector. And yet they consider themselves experts on the private sector.
Each new Leftist administration thinks they are the first ones to get it.
So in they come and despite there being cut-backs to hospitals and other providers for decades, they propose something like this.
“To pay for health care for everyone, hospitals and other providers are just going to have to do with less.”
The cuts over the last few decades have forced hospitals to cut to the bone. And now Obama thinks he can get the bone too.
At some point, the Left has got to accept that their pipe dreams don’t work. You can’t get blood out of a turnip.

Doesn't matter if she is clean or not; it they want to take her down, they will send in a hoard of auditors and then drag her through the appeal and legal systems, taking up her time and money so that even if she wins, it costs her a fortune. If she becomes enough of a problem, they will arrange for a medical investigation and a lot of adverse publicity, etc. The Obama Marxists play for keeps and conservatives and other freedom loving Americans don't yet realize that they are in war to the death.
