Former New York Times columnist Frank Rich wrote a long attack piece on Fox News for New York magazine theorizing that the Left pays too much attention to waning Fox News and gives them too much cachet by opposing them fiercely. It's called "Stop Beating a Dead Fox."
Fox never succeeds on its own. Liberals have the power to make it succeed:
In truth, Fox News has been defeated on the media battlefieldand on the political battlefield as well. Even the 73-year-old wizard of Fox, Roger Ailes, now in full Lear-raging-on-the-heath mode as -portrayed in my colleague Gabriel -Shermans definitive new biography, The Loudest Voice in the Room, seems to sense the waning of his power. The only people who seem not to know or accept Foxs decline, besides its own audience, are -liberals, including Barack Obama, whose White House mounted a short-lived, pointless freeze-out of Fox News in 2009, and who convinced himself that the network has shaved five points off his approval rating.

Well, that is merely more proof that liberalism and sanity are diametric opposites. Liberal European papers are even worse, using outright lies as doctrine.
democraps: the party of envy.
Fox news has the babes. As long as that continues it will never die.
The answer is yes to all. Buy a shortwave radio. We are behind the iron curtain.

I bet he blew out a circuit breaker when his wife plugged in the Prius while he was watching Fox on TV. That would explain it.
Beck is succeeding beyond even his expectations!!
I’ll leave it on all the time in one room just to do my part to bump their ratings. This is too much fun.
How about that food critic who was suddenly writing about politics? Frank Bruni, is that his name? Experts, all!
Nice Yogi-ism!
There is a lack of understanding about it. Even we call them Americans
They are embassy people. The world is watching how we treat our diplomats.
That’s why this is not going away
When Iran had our embassy people FR 444days Ted lopped made a career a whole show about it. We watched them for over a year. Every day
They were working overseas in our service
The Iranians saw how we treated them as they see this fiasco
But I'm beginning to believe all these lib celebs who get to write screeds are mostly petty, small people. I remember reading an interview of Garrulous Squealer er Garrison Keillor, who now is allowed to write political columns for a number of media outlets, many years ago done by some Twin Cities interviewer. Up to that time, I never thought much about Keillor's political views, and he never seemed to express any in his books or on his show, Prairie Home Companion. But the interview revealed a bitter, twisted person who expressed his loathing for Republicans and conservatives in stark terms.
At the time, I was still voting Democrat but thinking about swapping parties. The Dems had been going too far left, and I liked the Republican position on most issues. Keillor may have helped push me over the edge. With little prompting from the interviewer, Keillor launched into a diatribe with insane descriptions of conservatives as crazy, greedy people. From reading his books or listening to his radio program talking about the fictional residents of Lake Woebegone many of whom must have been conservatives, you'd think Keillor might have been liberal, but he seemed to be a calmer, more reasonable sort. Instead, in the interview he revealed himself as a nasty person with deep psychological problems.
It seems every time I meet up with my Brit in-laws, they start asking me questions about conservatives as in "isn't it true that Tea Party conservatives want to starve old people, deny medical care to the sick, and roast minority babies on spits?" or queries in that vein. I roll my eyes and try my best to correct their assumptions they obviously gleaned from their leftist news sources.
Garrison Keillor is the worst. Unbearable.
Bruni was never a tv person. He was the Time’s restaurant critic. How that translates into knowing anything at all about politics is beyond me.
That sounds like all the stuff that the left wants to do, doesn’t it.
