President Barack Obama’s environmental regulators will spend the rest of this year writing climate rules that would reshape the nation’s electricity supply, throw a cloud over the future of coal power and take the biggest stride ever in throttling the nation’s greenhouse gas pollution.
While the EPA takes on carbon pollution from thousands of power plants, the State Department is moving to carry out Obama’s orders to cut off funding for many coal projects overseas.
Last year, the administration quietly rejiggered a wonky calculation known as the “social cost of carbon” in a way that will make it easier to justify the economic burdens of a wide range of climate regulations.
The regulators are racing the calendar to get the rules in shape to take effect before Obama leaves office.

The EPA is more dangerous than Obama. Their agendas and activism predated Obama by decades.
But Obama is the one naming the head of EPA.
I think the EPA should be one of the agencies that should be eliminated.
If Congress is serious about protecting its constitutional role in governance, it will effectively defund EPA.

The EPA legacy of marxist policies to control and then cripple the US energy system goes backs to Clinton’s EPA director, Carol Browner, a member of the Socialist International. Lisa Jackson was her protege’ and apparently Gina McCarthy was Jackson’s protege’ (A real wack job).
There is no “carbon pollution problem” in the US. Period. It was a deliberately created fake issue, now cast in some stone by the US District Court, DC in their decision declaring that Carbon Dioxide is a “pollutant”.
By that standard, ever human being is a polluter and theoretically, if not in Obama’s plans now, could be taxed to reduce its’ non-existent effects.
That’s how reds work. Create a crisis out of nothing, assume dictatorial powers to deal with it (Hugo Chavez was a master of this), and then control the industry. Use the IRS as the Gestapo enforcement arm re taxes and seizures.
The Obama Administration plans to destroy the coal industry, putting out of business all the older coal plants, and as Obama once proclaimed, to create such costly regulations as to close down the coal-to-energy industry.
Now this isn’t sitting too well with the coal-miners and their families, nor the owners of the coal mines and coal-fired energy plants. This has created a schism between the marxist-led AFL-CIO (Richard Trumka is an old communist sympathizer, union thug), and the Obama regime. It may cost Democratic Senator Manchin (D-W. Va) his seat, as well as those of other Democrats in coal-mining states. LOVE IT!
Remember, the traditional goals of all dictators/authoritarians, esp. the communists/marxists, is to take control of those institutions and systems that govern your life, including:
- Energy- for heat - destroy the coal mining industry, cripple nuclear power with regulations, and promote for their friends (i.e. Solyndra, etc), “alternative energy sources” which don’t work well (wind power, solar power, green power - biofuels/Ethanol, etc.
- Health Care - Obamacare is the ultimate marxist program to control the health care of the American people - The single payer program was promoted by Obama’s own personal doctor, Dr. Quentin Young, a member of the Communist Party USA and then the marxist Democratic Socialists of America, for almost 60 years (he’s 90 now and his CPUSA membership may have gone back into the 1940’s & 50’s).
Death Panels who decide whether you are worthy of living.
Rationed care due to a lack of doctors. Taxes on those who don’t join the mandated Obamacare. These programs were designed and administered by evil people from Sebelius to Zek Emanuel (the Doctor Mengeles of the Obama regime).
Destroy America’s premier standing in national defense - reducing our combat fleets, esp. the number of carriers we have and the number On-Station (going down to two). Purging commanders who want to “WIN” the war against terrorists and to keep Red China and Russia, No. Korea and Iran in check.
Internal Security - put in incompetent or liberal PC types (Mueller, Comy, Brennan, Panetta, Napolitano, etc). as heads of the FBI, CIA, Military Intelligence, NSA, etc.
- Transportation - New EPA rules and regulations about diesel fuel are going to cripple the big-rig trucks who use diesel; ships, esp. freighters and cruise ships; and railroad trains. These are the lifeblood veins of getting food and materials shipped to the American people. Like the Soviets did in the Ukraine, cut off food supplies and you control and starve the people at will.
- Education: national promotion of Common Core and related PC crap. Political indoctrination in public schools - singing songs about how great Obama is. Sounds like the Red Chinese school children singing the praises of “Chairman Mao” in the 1960’s, esp. during the bloody Cultural Revolution. Evian Gonzalez, now a brainwashed Cuban student who says that Castro is his father. A good little Red thanks to Clinton, Holder, and AG Janet Reno.
FCC control of the airwaves - Net Neutrality, developed by a marxist for the Democrats.
Agriculture - refusal to cut some of the most wasteful subsidy programs. Trying to take control of farm lands under EPA rules.
Interior - Land seizures and access closures. Closing the National Monuments during the govt shutdown, specifically to hurt the old WW2 veterans who were in DC. (My 8 year old granddaughter went around those barriers - Her great-grandfather, still living, is a veteran of Iwo Jima. She likes him).
NASA - promoting Islam instead of exploring space.
State Dept. - Surrender monkeys under Clinton and Kerry, gettin our diplomats and support staff killed and wounded.
GITMO - releasing our enemies back to the battlefields to kill more Americans
DOJ - Justice only for colored people, not white people.
Immigration - Legalize11 Million illegals so that the Democrat Party can have enough new voters to make their regime a Thousand Year Reich.
-Afghanistan - selling out our troops just like Obama did in Iraq.

Consolidation isn't enough. They must be abolished. Consider the DOE alone. Carter founded the DOE in the '70s to (ineffectively) deal with the Arab oil embargo. It now has a budget of about $50 billion a year. Divide that by about 100 million families in the US, and it costs about $500 per year, per family. considering that half of the families in the US don't pay any income taxes, the DOE alone, costs the average taxpaying family a thousand bucks per year.
Now tell me: What did you get for your thousand bucks last year?

78.09% Nitrogen
20.95% Oxygen
00.93% Argon
Aside from traces of neon, helium, krypton, hydrogen, nitrous oxide, xenon. nitrogen dioxide, ammonia, iodine, carbon dioxide and methane, we finally get to the dreaded Carbon Dioxide, CO2 which is a whopping 00.039%, the vast majority of which occurs naturally [I've seen studies that suggest man-made CO2 contribute less than 5% of the 0.039%, which means man-made COs is less than 2/1000 of the earth's atmosphere.
I wish Bill O'Reilly would spout the numbers to the President and then ask Obama on national TV today to explain to the American people what specific steps his administration is going to take, and what the expected results will be, to affect climate change.
