I prefer to believe that there has been successful action that has disrupted and delayed the Iranian effort to the point that aerial attack is not necessary.

The possibility or probability of such successful future delaying action is not known but the air attack is still a possibility if it is determined mandatory.

You can believe anything you want, such as that the moon is made of green cheese, even though it has no basis in reality.

There is absolutely no evidence to support your “BELIEF” and there is plenty of evidence showing the opposite.
