Good for her. Isn’t it strange how logical this move was for you seeing what you noted, and yet another smart person couldn’t see it at all?
I’ve been in that boat, and it’s very hard to understand.
I think she sees me as crusty sometimes, but respects that I am trying to maintain some kind of principle. She ‘sees’ it but doesn’t feel the way I do about it.
I consider myself lucky in that respect. She is (and was) a real catch for me.
