On Tuesday, Obama again called on Congress to get immigration reform done this year, right before the House GOP leadership is set to release its "immigration principles," which are expected to push for "legal status" for millions of illegal immigrants.
"While claiming to be concerned with job creation for American workers, our government is trying to ram through amnesty, which will result in a flood of foreign workers competing with Americans for the few jobs there are," Palin wrote in a Facebook response on Wednesday morning.
Palin also quoted Ronald Reagan's famous maxim that the nine most frightening words in the English language are, "Im from the government and Im here to help." She mocked all of the "help" that "a bloated bankrupt federal government has given us":

I’m sorry I called her a tramp. I have other words. Bye.
Thanks, Cyber....you won the Adult Badge! *hug*
Not to beat up on you, but perhaps you could have done all this through the Back Channels so that the rest of us didn’t have to be exposed to and be aware of, an obvious disagreement between two FReepers.
Heading for the corner, now...
...man, the pds bunch has sure gone off the rails tonite, haven’t they?
I’ve heard more coherence and skilled debate coming out of the back seat of the sheriff’s car after we broke up a closing time brawl at a biker bar.
Sheesh.
The only part you left out was the fourteen posts telling everybody that they’re going away forever....
Sure screw up a perfectly nice thread though.
God bless and keep you.
You wouldn’t lose friend over a GD politician.
You would lose friends because of your abusive attitude and obvious effort to agitate merely by showing rude disrespect.
You are entitled to your opinion. I would not dislike you for that. However, your efforts to trash through ad hominam attacks are completely unwelcome here for a conservative leader.
You are not sincere in your support of her, your claims notwithstanding. We know you by your actions and your words.
We choose our friends by your actions and your words.
Go somewhere that makes you happy and stop inflicting your pathology unto this site.
Look whatever Sarah Palin is, one thing she will always be is loyal to McCain.
It is part of her, having been selected by McCain as his running mate.
McCain is not perfect, but he selected Palin as his running mate. I don’t like him at times, but he done selected a fine running mate.
That is exactly why I am perplexed. I know more than anyone how close Palin’s views are with my own. McCain is almost 80 years old. He is way beyond changing his views. Worse yet, he is a total maverick which simply means he can change on a dime to suit his needs for the moment, and can not be trusted..
If I was advising the governor, I would tell he to distance herself from the old maverick. She did her duty in supporting him during and immediately after 2008 election. No need to keep pulling him out of trouble anymore. She is losing support of people like me.
There is a huge difference between being friends and openly standing on the platform and support your friend politically, when there is nothing common between you and your friend.
Meanwhile Palin’s FB message criticizing Obama about energy independence, the failed stimulus, Obamacare and amnesty continues to get drowned out.
My comment was removed by the moderator. I am not sure why, I did not say anything bad about anyone.
I sure am glad you came along to straighten me out. Don’t know what I’d have done without you. I probably would have just made up with my friends and move on, and I see you couldn’t have any of that. Nope. Gasoline, meet fire.
My “feelings” about Sarah Palin are Nunya Effin’ Business, K? But I’ll tell you anyway, because I’m a nice guy: I’ve been a big fan since before just about any of you ever heard of her. I’m off that res for a while, though, because of her mysterious recent support for McQueeg. You don’t like that? Tough noogies.
And what do I get? A swarm of hatred, from people I’ve never heard of. People like you.
You only see me as “obnoxious” because you are a part of the “cult of personality.” You are the one who needs to take a step back and look at what you are doing. And I’m not a “pissant.”
I did not accuse Sarah Palin of having Tammy Bruce on her breath, as he did. I called her a “tramp,” a statement I regretted and apologized for. If you expect me to prostrate myself further for you, well, prepare to be disappointed.
I think it might have been the one you said something good about me. Sorry ‘bout that.
And the 'solution' to high unemployment among Hispanics citizens is to bring in 20 million MORE low skill Hispanics for them to compete with? It's nuts.
It's an evil like out of a Charles Dickens novel...
If you don't hate liberal elites, you're not paying attention.
