That'll make you proud, eh.
That's neat...The Rest Of The Story.
I don’t know what on earth that commercial has to do with selling beer, but I LOVE it.
Wow, tears in my eyes!
Yup.
Click on my name to see my dogs.
I cry every time I see that one
Oh, they’re beautiful. Look at those faces! Adorable.
Funny.
I still think the VW commercial where you never saw the vehicle was the best ever. Not sure it was a SB commercial though.
This is uncanny... just today RAM sent that video to me but I skipped it as spam. I recently bought a used Ram 2500... quad cab, full size bed, 5.9L Cummins, 6 speed manual... and I guess because I emailed Dodge to get the Factory Build Sheet, I am in their database. That must explain it.
Oddly enough, 2 weeks ago I came across a 67.43 acre farm for sale here in NW Pennsylvania, and as things have transpired and my offer was accepted and now I am going to have a farm... and a truck... and a mortgage and a truck payment... but I probably, more than anything, need a farmer’s wife.
Paul Harvey didn’t mention that.
I am taking applications now... if any nearby Freepers in NW PA have a daughter in need of a good husband, let me know.
Love the VW Force commercial. Awesome. But the Apple 1984 commercial was absolutely revolutionary and a legend in the advertising community. Here’s a good piece on the story behind the ad:

Now, I don't own a television, and don't watch no Fooseball, so I dunno when that came out orginally... last year's Stuporbowl?
bttt
I envy you. On the farm at least. Traded in my Dodge for a Ford this year, which was a huge adjustment for me. I owned dodge trucks since 1991, and I loved that Cummins engine. But getting in bed with Obama, well, it was time to give someone else a chance.
The Lab Budwieser commercial and the one soldier homecoming are very good.
Overall, it’s a pretty weak year for ads.
Here is another Budweiser ad for this years Super Bowl.

Geez, that Green Police ad was horrible. I had forgotten that one. It’s not so funny here in Occupied Maryland, where our beautiful county has hired people to go through our garbage so they can cite us if recyclables are found in the trash.
Thank you for the link, Excellence.
