There was a time when the US would have built the pipeline with investor's money and Canada would have been balking, worrying about our resources being sold to the big bad Americans.

Today, the US is afraid to let Canada build a pipeline, with Canadian money, which will create jobs and make the US less dependent on non-North American sources.

I never thought I would live to see this.
