Barack Obama was in Wisconsin and Tennessee Thursday happy talking about "opportunity." He's for it, by the way.
"It's good to be in Wisconsin," he told Wisconsin. Few hours later, "It's good to be in Nashville." In both places he talked about "opportunity"--the opportunity that comes with jobs and the opportunity that comes with education.
As a word, "opportunity" polls well. Americans like the idea. Yet, these days whenever Obama has the opportunity to talk about his signature namesake "achievement," he rarely seizes the opportunity.
It wasn't until two-thirds of the way through his 7,000-word State of the Union address Tuesday night that Obama mentioned healthcare. But he never said the the words "ObamaCare" or "Affordable Care Act." The good news for Obama is his 2014 State of the Union was the least-watched of any this century.
Within Thursday's nearly 7,000 words, the Democrat never uttered the word "ObamaCare," while "Affordable Care" slipped out but once.
That's no accident. Obama's healthcare reform is less popular every day, coming up on two-to-one disapproval. Not to mention the plunge in Obama's own approval with the revelations of his serial lies about keeping your insurance and your doctor if you want. "Period."
To millions of Americans, however, ObamaCare has been just a word. Now, however, every single day thousands of Americans learn the details of ObamaCare's impact on their family, lives and wallets. It's not pretty.
At Pittsburgh's WTAE-TV, the ABC Hearst outlet, an enterprising anchor, Wendy Bell, made arrangements to film the benefits information session at a McKeesport small business, an auto body shop.
The video below has all the figures. They are devastating. But just watch the workers' faces as the financial impact sinks in. Very sad.

its like Winston Churchill said
“if a man is not a liberal at 18, I’ll say he has no heart”
“if he is not a conservative at 40, I’ll say he has no brain”
You are correct but the inflation of union wages is a major factor in kicking off the general wage inflation
The 53 yr old fat woman, whose insurance will have a huge increase, reminds me of a simple child. Her bottom lip was sticking out and she was whining like a child, wondering "why does Obama think that this will help us?" How can I have respect for a dipshit like that?
That's the average American these days, folks. A stupid, fat, naive, gullible, ignorant, childlike simpleton. As much as I like Rush, Hannity, O'Reilly, etc., I am tired of them proclaiming that the "wisdom of the common American people will win the day!"
There are liberal scoundrels that have held Congressional seats for decades, and an incompetent ultra liberal mystery man from the streets of Chicago was elected and then re-elected to be the President. Claiming that Americans have some sort of innate talent for reason and wisdom is foolish.
“Yeah, watch the faces... resignation, not indignation, or anger.”
After the first few days of Obozo Care, I talked to a doctor, who had to turn patients down due to Obozo Care failures, like not having proof of insurance. Then I posted her comments here.
She said, the most disturbing thing was how her patients just took what happened and didn’t get mad at who caused the problem.
I cannot get it to open, but I can imagine how it went.
