Attorney General Eric Holder said at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing today that President Obama is open to using an executive action to push through gun-control and/or associated mental health measures that havent found approval in Congress.
Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), one of the top proponents of new gun-control measures in Congress, noted that Obama only made a very brief reference to gun violence in his State of the Union address.
But I hope, and I hope you will join me in the view that the president remains completely committed to ending gun violence in this country, adopting common sense sensible measures like background checks and mental health initiatives; a ban on straw purchases and illegal trafficking, Blumenthal said to Holder at the Justice Department oversight hearing.

A very credible expert on ammunition supply chains posted some months ago that the weak link in the chain is smokeless black powder.
I’m not suggesting Anas is ‘posing as’ Obama.
I’m saying they’re from the same country and genetically similar, thus they both have STRAIGHT HAIR.
To obtain an ‘afro,’ Obama (Soebarkah) either perms his hair, uses theatrical hairpieces, or has plugs/transplants.
Obama is probably 0% black.
Impeach Obama in 2014. Period.
Blumenthal you blooming idiot, those are the laws Holder, 0bama, and the ATF broke during Fast & Furious. What makes you think they will follow any new laws if they won't follow the current laws?
These people want CWII.

What’s “smokeless black powder”?

AND WHY THEY MUST NEVER GET THEM!
Sorry, link not working. %#$@$%^
If Obama tried to ban private sales through executive order that Obama order would get nowhere in the courts.
“I think Zer0 should put more energy into curbing gangland activity.”
Best analysis I’ve read in a long time, and as you point out, the government, at all levels, seems ineffective ( or more probably unwilling ) to tackle the problem because it involves hard work and huge pressure on the AA “community.” They need to go at this problem like Elliot Ness did nearly a century ago.
I’m gonna ignore the fact that S. has never actually seen my face — or my rear, which is essentially visually interchangeable with my face — and take that as a compliment. :-)
Here's a wikipedia link on it:

Military commanders had been complaining since the Napoleonic Wars about the problems of giving orders on a battlefield obscured by the smoke of firing. Verbal commands could not be heard above the noise of the guns, and visual signals could not be seen through the thick smoke from the gunpowder used by the guns. Unless there was a strong wind, after a few shots, soldiers using black powder ammunition would have their view obscured by a huge cloud of smoke. Snipers or other concealed shooters were given away by a cloud of smoke over the firing position. Black powder is also corrosive, making cleaning mandatory after every use. Likewise, black powder's tendency to produce severe fouling caused actions to jam and often made reloading difficult.
Here's a youtube video that explains and shows why it's important:

Ah. “common sense”. Whenever Obama or any of his criminal pals (which encompasses pretty much ALL of his pals) use that, you can be sure that whatever it is, is neither “common” or “sensible”.
Lol. I was just thinking of you, after reading those posts ;-)
That’s “smokeless powder”, not “smokeless black powder”.
There’s “smokeless powder”, and “black powder”, but no such thing as “smokeless black powder” (to the best of my knowledge).
Yes, the supply of smokeless powder has been intermittent for about five years now.
Likewise it would make more sense for his blushing bride to do so rather than prattling on as she does about diet and exercise.
Nice job on that video!
