Wanted to give everyone an update regarding my Internet activity yesterday.

Early Wednesday morning our ISP Pioneer Internet out of Kingfisher OK took their servers down to perform maintenance work. This outage wasn't supposed to last more than six hours however, we still had no Internet.

So I called up there and got a hold of the tech. She had me power down the router and then connect it to one of our computers.

We went through the process of trying to get back on, however several attempts to do so proved unsuccessful. A trouble ticket was put in for the router.

Later in the day I unhooked the wall line from the router and connected it to my computer. I then made an attempt to get on the Internet using the "Broadband Connection" to get on. It was successful.

So the long and the short of it is I can access Pioneer Internet using the connection from the wall to my computer, but not through the router.

I am awaiting a phone call from them as to when they will come down to look at the problem.

BTW, I do have "Total Care which pays for the replacement of anything I got from Pioneer.
