It is hard to believe they ever used those baseball gloves. I don’t think I could catch anything with one.
I’ve seen those and you wonder if they were only to cover the hand. Catching looks to be hard...you needed strong fingers.
Or maybe that’s where the “two hands” issue came in....one to cradle the ball, but the other needed to cover it and keep it from falling out.
