While I was still in school I worked one summer at a parts store. One of our regular customers was the local go-to guy when it came to German cars. I’d read all about the background of urban terrorist William Ayers and his obsession with the Black Man and with homosexuality, as well as reading all about and his FBI most wanted list wife Bernardine Dohrn and about the other SDSers and Weatherman and the bombings and killings they did many times over the years. Now that I’ve actually heard William Ayers, the likely author of Barack Obama’s “biography” and strategist for Obama’s meteoric political rise, I see and hear that Ayers is an intellectual lightweight, spouting trite, shallow remarks that build no case at all for anything. His knowledge of history is very slim. His understanding of cause and effect seems non-existent.
Ayers was one lucky person to have had a rich and influential father and mother back in Illinois to use influence to keep their son and daughter-in-law out of federal prison, where their crimes would have landed them for a long time. Obama was also a beneficiary of the Ayers parents. Both generations of Ayers did the U.S. harm. It’s no accident that Chicago, Illinois was the place chosen to carry Obama into elected office.

BA's obsessions makes methinks he protest too much. I suspect he's a racist closet homosexual, not that if he is gay it would be a bad thing to his fellow travelers, but not too long ago gay hatred was rampant among the left. As far as his obsession with Blacks and other "people of color" sounds like he's got some serious guilt issues. More likely IMO he's a closet racist who, instead of facing up to his own racist attitudes, needs to latch on to failed communist ideologies as a tool to project is own racism on others.

Among the very far Left sympathy for the Palestinians goes back at least to the 1960’s. The Left views Israel as a strategic base for U.S. imperialism in the Middle East. Ideologically, the Left sees the Jews as an impediment to totalitarianism because of their resistance to assimilate. Jews have a long tradition of tribalism—based on pure survival—which on the one hand leads to distrust of state authority but on the other hand may make them amendable to collective models of society.

You’ve taken the hypothesis about what drives Ayers a step further and I believe you are correct that he knows deep down that he’s the biggest racist and homophobe of them all. p.s. The term “homophobic” was coined to describe someone who is afraid that he himself want to act out homosexually. Homosexuals stole the term and pretend it means that others are afraid of people who have homosexual sexual relations. The media have been complicit in this ruse.

I've dealt with creeps like Ayers back in college, and it was, I hate this smarmy phrase, a teachable moment for me. White student activists from generally privileged backgrounds putting on their schtick about how they're "in solidarity" with their "brothers and sisters" from the ghettos and oppressed people anywhere. It was sickening watching them act holier-than-thou while they pretend to be "down for the struggle". I wish I had them under surveillance on a Saturday night of partying. When the brewskis flowed and the doobies passed around that's when they let their, no pun intended TRUE COLORS show. In vino veritas indeed.
