And he never even touched on the various foreign snafus that were there staring him in the face, but in the bizarre world view he has, these things are “handled”, first by his very able probable successor in office, Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, and now by Jean-Francois Kerre`, who, as you know, once served in Viet Nam.
