It was a campaign speech, which would have been acceptable in 2008, but running against the President of the United States today? It is as if not he, but some other entity, were actually in charge in the White Hut, and he were to be calling this entity out.

Not his fault the whole concept of Obamacare failed. These accursed details keep cropping up, not only in health care legislation applications, but in all this economic front as well. And he never even touched on the various foreign snafus that were there staring him in the face, but in the bizarre world view he has, these things are “handled”, first by his very able probable successor in office, Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, and now by Jean-Francois Kerre`, who, as you know, once served in Viet Nam.

Joe Biden only closed his eyes to “rest” them a few times while the speech continued, but he never once let his head fall to the side or backwards. Amazing self-discipline, considering he was actually dozing on a couple of other occasions.

The SOTU should be eliminated. It is just another worthless event to make the state-run media feel relevant.
