This is about money...If the story ended in the hospital....The liability was limited to $250,000. By going this route...there is no ceiling.

Yeah there is. California is a tort reform state. Non-economic damages are capped at $250,000.

Actually Alameda County had already issued a death certificate.... she had been pronounced and declared not only by docs at the hospital but by additional docs ordered by the court and approved by the family. The parents just have decided that facts aren’t important
