I lived there - when I was nine years old. My dad finally came back from Korea and elsewhere and got stationed at Andrews AFB. While he was gone we lived with Grandpa and when he came back, we lived in an apartment in District Heights.

Haven’ been back there in 50 years.

Way back in late 1990s I visited a friend in nearby Upper Marlboro Maryland,that's just a few miles east of there, but outside that beltway, and it was Obama-country for sure.

I bet lots of foreclosures too place there.
