Conservative radio host Mark Levin exploded with fury on Tuesday as he spoke of the constitutional crisis in the United States and the impotent GOP establishment, which he says wont put up a real fight. He also suggested a way for House Republicans to get back in the game and reassert its authority.

Photo Credit: MarkLevin.com I know its hard to believe weve come to this point, particularly when we have mainstream media commentators who act like this is no big deal in fact, think this is justified because Congress is obstructing the presidents agenda, Levin said of the federal governments overreach and related scandals.
Thats when the radio host lost his composure.
Congress has the power to obstruct the presidents agenda! Thats the whole point! Particularly a president like this, he screamed. Thats their job!
Levin went on to say that the U.S. doesnt hold an election every four years so the country can have a king.
And our Constitution is never up for election regardless! he said.
He then accused House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and other Republican leaders of surrendering the power of the purse, rendering the GOP impotent. However, theres still something House Republicans can do, he said.
Congress is a co-equal branch of the government, and the House of the Representatives is a co-equal branch of the United States Senate, Levin explained. The House of Representatives should pass a resolution. If the president of the United States can unconstitutionally assert powers he is not granted under the Constitution, and do so repeatedly and brazenly, and send his staff out to the mainstream media outlets to do the same thing then one body of our government must act.
Levin urged the House to pass a resolution that includes language similar to this:
Whereas the president of the United States has asserted executive powers not granted to him under the United States Constitution, the United States House of Representatives hereby asserts as an equal governing institution that all such acts by the president of the United States are null and void. The House of Representatives further asserts that no federal department, federal official or federal employee is authorized to appropriate any sum of taxpayer dollars in furtherance of any unconstitutional act by the president of the United States.

Make this a headline when Levin DOESN’T “explode” at the GOP or Obama. ;-)
This article is THAT important.

Read this. It’s THAT good.
Waste of time. Sorry but a resolution is wallpaper. Or toilet paper. Not law.
The is no backbone in the GOP so called leadership. They only fight their base of Conservatives.
It occurs to me that dingy Harry Reid is the linchpin of all of this. By being deliberately obstructive and disruptive, he’s rendered Congress impotent. The communist media/entertainment complex blames the GOP House, and 0bama seizes power in the vacuum created.
Would it help to send this to our representatives?
NOT a waste of time. Gets the House back in the game minus the impeachment of the melanin-shielded one.
Don’t just mope around. Get active! I can put you to work.
You’ll always be creative in my mind.
Yes. Send this.
A Resolution? hy not just use harsh language. Please. What a stupid idea.
Stupid THIS, troll.
Levin maintained that a future Congress could fine whatever Federal employee tried to enforce Obama’s violations.
In any case, depends what the violations are. Levin must realize that the Resolution needs to detail the specific over-reaches, some of which Maobama might be announcing right now.
That’s true indeed, and what’s worse is that the GOP doesn’t even have the guts to issue said toilet paper.
They are utterly ****in’ worthless ;/
Get busy. Get active. This is game time. Egypt turned back Sharia law. We can turn back THIS. I can put you to work, brother.
GOP = Gutless Old Party
Can we trade Caliph Baraq to Egypt for a politician to be named later?
