Why don’t these Senators join together and demand that Muslins be subject to ObamaCare? Yeah, that’s right! They want to keep their heads!

typically has been thought to apply to individuals,

If that were true, then I could exempt myself from Obamacare.

These Marxist senators are starting with the first step. Communist always start with the demonization of the opposition. The use of the media, and state owned organs of communication, for language manipulation is at work in this process. The call it the Republican’s “war on women.” As George Orwell said, when you control people’s language, you control how they think - and ultimately how they behave.” Through language manipulation, the opposition has no legitimacy—they are the “kulak”—and, whatever they say, is to be disregarded.

This dehumanization is done to manipulate the public into acceptance of the next step: The declaring of the opposition to be criminal. This is where the perversion of the justice system comes into play. Through the manipulation of the IRS and other government entities, official force is used to exclude the opposition from society. Exclusion leads to extermination. And, as we see politicians in America demanding more power and less accountability or consequence, we will find our nation participating in the legacy of Communism: gulags and even execution.

I knew I could count on my atrocious senator, Comrade Sherrod Brown. I must thank the Walking Dead in Ohio.

Hobby Lobby’s “gross misapplication” of the law perverts Congress’ intent in passing it, they write in the brief, which was obtained by Yahoo News.

The senators involved were perverted before Hobby Lobby filed suit.

If they had an ounce of integrity, Bart Stupak and the gang of 17 would file a brief of their own ....

Anyone signing onto this petition to the court has overtly violated his oath to defend the Constitution. Fact, not opinion.

I’m sure with the Cave-o-Matic court (SCOTUS eras are named for the chief justices), they needn’t have bothered. I’m sure the decision will be even stricter and even more devoid of logic than the law itself, just for a bonus.

WTH? A business is made by people, individuals. Thus, it can indeed as a corp. do what it - its people - want. I tire of this constant separating of people and their businesses. Treating it that way is again evidence of fascism. We really cannot control what is supposed to be ours.
