Looks like Edward ScissorsHands type of round. I saw the ballistic gel tests a few days ago, and those pieces act like fleschettes from a special shotgun shell. What’s left of the copper round’s base is small compared to a .45cal 230gr HP, but the wound cavity damage is genuinely nasty. Other tsts:
