The odd part is that this is not the pattern with black criminals. He was acting like a white school shooter (or a muslim). This ia an affluent area. He will likely have many shooter video games, and be taking perscription medication. This is completely different than knockout game attacks.
I would have to think it was personal. I also think that, as seems to me often to be the case, he was shocked and sickened by his own actions, and put an early end to his planned mayhem.
I think this was the case at Columbine. Even though they did kill a number of people, they were in a position to kill multiple times that many, except that the whole thing was going sour for them.
Even the Newtown shooter quit after a point, although it seems he did keep at it for a long time, an indication of the depth of his psychosis, as I see it.
The joker guy was similar, truly nuts.
The one thing the MSM never confirms, denies or says anything at all about is whether people who suddenly go berserk like this are taking psychotropic Rx meds.
Who killed the Navy Yard shooter? He was black.
Medications probably play a part, but video games don’t.
I’ve played plenty, I know people who have as well. I’m not about to grab a boomstick and go to town somewhere.
Same for movies, either we’re raised with values and morals, or we aren’t.
