The new information offers tantalizing clues both to Stockman's whereabouts and purpose as speculation continues to build about his unusual absence in the weeks since launching a quixotic primary challenge to Senator John Cornyn.
Stockman broke his silence on the matter in a text message sent to Breitbart News at 3:26am central time.
I am on a bipartisan codel. I'm on foreign affairs. Part of my work, Stockman said, adding that he doesn't know why a Houston Chronicle reporter said I'm missing because we met with the press every day.
Stockman also said "I am in a meeting now - London."....

Interesting.
If neither our intelligence agencies nor Obama’s State Department will give Congress the truth about Benghazi and other goings-on in the Middle East, perhaps it has become necessary to get the truth from Putin and Russian intelligence.
I really hope the Tea Party has the good sense not to back this guy. He’s got flake written all over him.
Except we don’t know who was typing the text. It could have been Stockman, me, you or anyone else in the world.
Stockman is VERY Conservative. I absolutely do not care how flaky he is — he’s what we need.
Absolutely correct!
Do you suppose Breitbart verified the message before publishing it?
O will have him in cuffs upon landing back in the US.
That's quite a statement.
I wonder if Obama voters thought to themselves "I don't care what a narcissistic jackwagon turd-world Dictator Obama is, he's what we need."
It is very odd.
I’ve grown so skeptical of politicians my trust factor is at minus zero. So if there were daily news meetings...are there records indicating that?
Last time there was a pol “missing”...he said he was trekking in the Appalachians. Appalacia, Argentina.
I was hoping that Stockman could give Cornyn a run for the money.
I like that...

Lots of concern trolls popping up in the run up to the election. Just like last time.
And along with them come others to agree.
Uh huh.
It's not looking too good as this point. He desperately needs to raise money if he wants to be a serious challenger.
Stockman's problems go beyond visibility. He has reported having only about $32,000 in cash on-hand and $163,000 in debts, while Cornyn's campaign fund is nearly $7 million.
The anti-tax Club for Growth has shunned him -- after spending around $5.5 million to help Cruz upset mainstream Republican contender David Dewhurst in the state's 2012 U.S. Senate GOP primary.

My first thought upon reading....
What a weirdo.
