Good question, but somewhat off base.
The NYC immigration patrol has major problems, but it is with keeping the influx of NJ Conservatives out.
Hopefully for NYC, it is not a major problem, as NJ has very few of them as it has driven its share of Conservatives out too.
My son lives and works in Manhattan. I’ve tried over and over again to get him to leave that godforsaken city. He refuses. He says Democrat women there are too easy and too stupid - like a bear on the banks of a Washington State river, scooping up salmon on the run.
