Yes! I also liked it when stretch said something about Ron Paul and Rand didn’t bite and said something to the effect of: don’t talk about my father, I love my dad and he had a lot of support of the people and folks on both sides of the aisle liked him and respected him (perhaps not a great paraphrase, but you get the idea).

My oldest daughter, who was a Ron Paul supporter, gave me a Rand Paul for prez bumper sticker. She’s getting started early. I have it on my shelf, won’t put it on just yet, if ever. Not that I don’t like him or think he wouldn’t make a great prez. Just too early.

I got to meet Congressman Ron Paul at a GOP rally in South Carolina Jan 2008

I spent quite a couple of hours with him and his staff..

He was a gentleman and quiet spoken and worthy of respect..

BTW 2 of the Romney boys were at the same event and they were rude and mocking and nasty..

quite a contrast..

The Paul, Thompson, and McCain workers were all nice to one another and we had a great time..

(I was there representing Congressman Duncan Hunter)
