No, freedom has never come easy, but the fight for freedom is far easier than falling into the comforting arms of tyranny.
Think.....what's harder to endure.....the realization that you've relinquished everything you've ever prized, or realizing that you've given the last full measure of honor to protect and defend all that's worth living for?
I'd rather die in peace, knowing that I've stayed true to my most basic human principles, than live, knowing that I've lied and compromised my basic dignity to breathe just one more day.
