Hahn laughs as soon as West cites himself as an example of how the tea party is not racist. Because as we’ve learned from folks like Melissa Harris-Perry, conservatives are racist by definition, so therefore black conservatives are merely Uncle Toms. It is typical of lily-white elitist east coast liberals like Hahn to look down their noses at Col. West. They care nothing for his military service, his civilian record of service, his having been elected to office, his cogent representation of conservative philosophy, or any part of Colonel West, the human being. All they see is a black man who has failed to act in the way Democrats have outlined as permissible.
Col. West doesn’t take the bait and instead proceeds to calmly dismantle Hahn’s “argument” like the nonsensical talking points screed that it is.

They will stand up and say we are not welcome in their country, they will demand the government stamp out opposition organizations and they will laugh at and demean women, minorities and the disabled and try to tell them what to think.
I don’t understand what FOX is doing. They have pukes like this on all day long. If I want to watch MSNBC I will watch MSNBC. They even have at least one on the Saturday financial shows. Today they had “Felix” Unger and GMOOO Green on the shows.

They are indeed afraid of the Tea Party. And the message that there is a GOP “elite” and a Ruling “Elite” in our country is beginning to be finally understood by many in our country. And that understanding must in particular be feared by the progressive forces.
I noticed in Schumer’s statement (telegraphing to the corrupt civil servants within the IRS that the IRS must become even more aggressive in their targeting of Tea Party involved organizations and individuals) that he began using the term Tea Party “elite”. So let’s continue to point out that there is a GOPe that DOES NOT represent the interests of the Republican base and that there is a ruling elite which DOES NOT represent the best interests of the citizens of our Republic. It’s being effective and it’s also getting “under the skin” of these elites.

If they’re trying to prove they can be “balanced” by featuring libs, well, how is that working for them? They’re still perceived as being right-wing lunatics. I agree with you. I rarely watch Fox. Unless there’s some breaking news story that happens about once a year, then I’ll turn to Fox. Other than that, I get my news from reliable sources like FreeRepublic, Drudge, etc.

I think they help the conservative cause by showing what idiots these libs are. If the typical indie or liberal happens across Hannity or Huckabee, they’ll run like it’s the plague and not listen or learn a thing. But if they come across Holder or Green trying to espouse the liberal line, they’ll listen, and there’s a chance they will change their view after hearing the liberal arguments shredded.
We need more people to wake up and realize they’ve been deceived. We don’t need an echo chamber for what we already know and believe.

Our politicians (GOP) are otherswise woefully terrible about making and maintaining a position. If they can’t do that on fox, what will happen?
