A Kansas sperm donor caught in the middle of a child support case says he wanted to help a lesbian couple when he made the donation nearly five years ago.
Instead, he may end up paying for his action.
A judge ruled that William Marotta must pay child support, even though he says he signed documents waiving his parental rights.
Shawnee County District Court Judge Mary Mattivi said on Wednesday that Marotta failed to conform to Kansas law, which says a licensed physician must be involved in an artificial insemination process, court documents show. Sperm donor liable for child support

Where to begin on how wrong all of them are? And what of the poor child that is the product of these dysfunctional people?

....well, I “I start with a pox on both of them”. For Marotta, giving a cupful of fluid that is required to commence a life carries with it THE Responsibility for what then happens! To me, he’s a scum and I hope he is ordered to pay a gazillion dollars a month.
As for the Lezzies, they should also pay a gazillion dollars a month as it was there perversion and perverse acts that created this child. So, three humans (I guess) were responsible and they should all pay big time or go to jail and the judge is right. The child is innocent.

The same “state” that teaches the ‘equality of perversions/the perverted now wants to violate a contract so the state won’t have to take some money out of their gubment trough to givde tgo teh “innocent” child.
Note the Marsupial Magistrate sees nothing wrong with voiding out the previous legal agreement.

He signed away his rights, but his child did not, and the state welfare department, supporting the child, did not.
