California has been mismanaged for almost half a century. Instead of recognizing that roughly half of it is desert and just dealing with it, they need to form a government funded committee that will ascertain over expensive lunches why the state is so screwed.

LOL. I made a similar comment last night watching the news. The reason there is now a drought in CA is because most of the state is a dessert. They used to irrigate the dessert throughout the state. But that was affecting endangered mosquitoes, snails, lizards and turtles. So do they want farms or sandboxes?
