My family owns 6 Subway franchise restaurants in Florida and they will NOT be participating in this. Franchise owners are absolutely irate about this being forced on them. Most franchise owners are smart business people they can see the harm this will cause their business, many are scared, my family memebers that own the stores are scared.

If they do not participate they ought to advertise that fact. It may save their business.
