Holder’s boss, President Barack Obama, recently told The New Yorker that he supported a reform of marijuana laws, partly because many Africans Americans have been jailed for violating those laws......................I guess we could also apply that logic to other crimes crimes committed by minorities.

Assault, rape, murder, etc...

There’s a “disparate impact” in who gets arrested for those crimes, so we have to change our laws to accommodate.
