The fasting and the purging is not bad any more. The fasting is just a liquid diet that has no red or blue dyes. I find drinking warm jello and broth makes the fasting a snap.

Ask if you can do the magnesium citrate & dulcolax prep. Two pills and a eight ounce bottle of stuff is a lot easier then the gallon o slop prep they used to give you all the time.

Get a pack of Preparation H wipes for clean up.

The one thing you will want to do is make sure you drink as much water as you can as late as you can.
