"I’m wondering why the Repubs in congress do not have lawyers on call to immediately file suit when these things occur. Everytime that hump signs something,... bam!..in court on a constitutional issue. Get injunctions, whatever it takes ..."

Establishment Repubs are too preoccupied with other more important matters- like figuring out the best way to reward Obama's party with 11 million more voters...

Probably half of the tea partiers we send to congress end up going to the dark side. On the flip, no rats ever change and turn conservative. Its no secret to either party that our nation is sliding toward a violent end. Something must be done, yet neither side is willing to press for solutions.

As long as the political careers of members of both houses of congress depend on stealing from one citizen to give to another, our demise is certain.

It is past time to recognize that our system rewards good men to do wrong. We must return to the better system of our framers, which prodded less than virtuous men to do the right thing.

Until the states are returned to the senate, there is little hope we'll arrest our slide into tyranny.
