OUtstanding book....Theft of the Spirit.........(Native American healing, etc......) ANYWAY the writer is a shirink that had a patient who was sent to mental health hospital instead of prison.after making many STUPID choices and getting caught every time.......the kids dad is damn near begging the doc for a diagnosis that he can “hang his hat on” for the kid........but there isnt one......the shrink finally says “Your son is a schmuck!” And the dad says......”OK, I can live with that”
Moral of the story—not everything has or needs a fancy diagnosis, so call it what it is!
The Christie/ Obama montage is spot on. His State of the State speech sounded like an Obama speech to me when I first heard it.
ok, I can live with that
I get me a big old bowl
then I get out the blue bell vanilla ice cream
then I put a bunch of the ice cream in the bowl
then I crumble up 6 or 8 vanilla wafers on top
then I squirt some hershey’s chocolate on top of that
then I melt about a quarter cup of crunchy peanut butter in the microwave
and I pour the melted peanut butter on top of the whole thing
then I eat it
then I take a nap
