Actually Communist China is still quite Communist....it still is a one party state with the head of the party running the govt...along with a Politburo and Nomenklatura running day to day things. It has no real religious freedom. Communist China is more like a tighter Tito run Yugoslavia
Yes Russia has no dealings w N Korea...N Korea main partner is Communist China.

BEIJING (AP) China and Russia launched joint naval exercises Sunday that highlight warming ties between their militaries and growing cooperation in international affairs.
