What a night, and what a finish.
Near midnight I still had about 70 unread text messages from friends and family, most of which read, “Best interview ever!” Many of my Twitter mentions were less supportive. My body ached. I was thrilled and proud and upset, all at once.

Anyone can sound intelligent and reasonable when they’ve had time to think about what they’re going to say. I’ll allow that Sherman was pretty amped up when Erin Andrews was interviewing him, but he still sounded like a punk.

What happened to the Sea-hawk’s uniform? It used to pretty nice. Now it looks like crap.
He sounded like a punk because that’s what he is inside. He is an arrested development athlete being used to make folks rich, so they will ignore and excuse punkishness because they really don’t give a darn about Richard the person or his life, just what they can get out of him while they have him under contract.
