The Obama administration is reportedly delaying enforcement of another aspect of ObamaCare, one that prohibits employers from providing better health benefits to top executives than those being offered to regular employees.
According to The New York Times, tax officials said they would not enforce the provision in 2014 as they had not yet issued the appropriate regulations.
The Affordable Care Act, commonly known as ObamaCare, says employer-sponsored health plans must not discriminate “in favor of highly compensated individuals” with respect to either eligibility or benefits, and provides a tax break for employer-sponsored insurance, while demanding employers not provide better coverage to higher-paid employees.
Yet Bruce I. Friedland, a spokesman for the I.R.S., told the New York Times that employers would not have to comply until the agency issued regulations or other guidance.

So the law really says that it's whatever the president tells the SHHS at the cabinet level. That's why Pelosi said we had to pass it to see what's in it. She forgot to mention we had to wake up each morning and read the news to find out what it's morphed into at the whim of the executive for pandering to whatever group has the most bag men bringing cash to the pig of body politic.

A MAJOR step towards communism and total government control. I don’t think most people realize the serious implications of this — “everyone is EQUAL” — no perks for executives that you don’t provide to your mailroom clerk.
How do you think businesses can stay in business that way?
And when they can’t, the government will step in and take everything over, not just healthcare.
In communist countries there were no privately owned businesses, that’s why the whole system became insolvent.
This is where we are going — total government control and communism, the real goal of Obama.
When they do issue ‘rules’, watch them then pronounce that infractions of these new rules are retroactive, and they go after the companies with lawsuits & fines.

All the worst of ObamaCare will be back once, with the help of the GOPe RINOs, the underlying system is securely in place.
