For the last ten years, Sarah Wulchak has been one very busy woman - and her sad decline and radical physical transformation is illustrated in 23 mugshots from her arrests over 10 years. From grand theft auto to trespass and aggravated battery, the 34-year-old woman from DeLand, Florida, has managed to be arrested 23 times since 2003 - all in Volusia County. In her first mugshot taken in 2003, she appears with glasses and relatively healthy looking, but ten years later is as shadow of her former self. While many of her charges are common misdemeanors, Wulchak made headlines in January 2013 after she allegedly bit off a chunk of her boyfriends ear, according to WPBF.com. Her boyfriend, Steve Bolin, 53, called police and said Wulchak had attacked him in his bedroom.

"If you believe I am clean then YOU must be on drugs!"
I would agree. The 2010 photo on the left looks especially suspect with the burn marks/sores on her cheeks.
Always marry the better cook instead of the hottie. The hottie will lose her hotness over time, but the good cook will likely improve over time.
What happened to the “three-strikes” law? Why is this animal allowed to be loose in society?
I’d say this woman has been user of meth regularly .

I don’t think so. Many of the meth before/after mugshots out on the inner-webs show a far more drastic downturn. In far less time for meth users.
I agree. This gal is probably an alcoholic, she doesn’t have the dead eye look, sores everywhere and it appears she still has her front teeth that meth losers lose.
I think three strikes applies only to felonies. This story says these are all misdemeanors.
It’s unusual for women to participate in crime. Women are by and large non-violent and law-abiding. Most likely there are some extenuating circumstances here.

It seems to me that at some point, Society should say "enough!". Maybe five or six or ten strikes for misdemeanors, since it proves the perp can't stay inside the law. There should be some limit to these "low level" crimes.
It’s escalation; first a series of misdemeanors and then the felonies start. It’s a shame to see a life thrown away.

Ok, then.....I have another question: When did ‘grand-theft-auto’ become a misdemeanor?
I read the story on the link. Three counts of grand-theft-auto.
