This whole idea of a state entity forcing children to undergo psychiatric examinations with or without their or their parents' consent carries with it the great possibility of abuse on the part the state. School children who express ideas or disclose facts that run counter to the politically correct, statist "norms," as well as their parents, can be labeled abnormal and subjected to a wide variety of sanctions - starting with re-education programs - from the government, which can negatively affect their lives. (On the other hand, children who disclose, for example some tendencies that are encouraged by the state, e.g., homosexuality, could be rewarded.)

The idea of mandatory psychiatric examinations for schoolchildren, or something similar to it, is and was routine in totalitarian regimes like the USSR, and was used as a tool to detect dissidents and dissident families, who would suffer nightmarish consequences.

Take this together with Andrew Cuomo’s statement that there is no room in NY for pro-life people, and you get a clear picture of what is going on.

Who said the Holocaust could never happen again? History repeats itself over and over again when people fail to learn from the past.

This whole idea of a state entity forcing children to undergo psychiatric examinations with or without their or their parents' consent...

It seems like Roberts' sanctioning of the government's forcing of people to purchase a product has gone to the next step.

Local governments are now emboldened to force their citizenry to do all sorts of things against their wishes.

Welcome to a redo of Germany in the 1930’s. Never Again? Think Again.
