SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) — A famed actress is facing backlash in San Francisco’s Latino community, after she voiced support for a conservative candidate for California governor. Maria Conchita Alonso starred in a campaign ad for Assemblyman Tim Donnelly of San Bernardino County, a Tea Party favorite who is seeking the Republican nomination.

And besides, it may be difficult if not impossible to find any lawyer that wishes to keep his or her license to practice law in California, stepping up to defend any supporter of the T.E.A. party candidacy. The state Review Board will find some nit-picking or even imaginary reason to strip the permission to practice law from anybody who dares to deviate from the Political Correctness that now dominates the state government of California.
So, this Lopez woman thinks domestic violence is okay, but being in a commercial for a stupid politician is terrible?
Fact is, I don’t give a Sh!# what any celeb or actor thinks, politically, regardless of which side they’re on. If they have a talent for entertaining people, just shut up and entertain, already. If they have advanced degrees or years of experience in a field other than entertainment, fine, I’ll be happy to listen to their views.
