Susan Tuthill was once hailed as an outstanding rookie on the White Bear Lake police force. Now she's a disgraced former cop at the center of a harassment investigation for the second time.
Tuthill has been charged with stalking a former boyfriend and his new love interest -- about five years after being fired by White Bear Lake police amid allegations she sent threatening letters to a previous ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend.
The charges came after the 46-year-old Cottage Grove woman reported she was the one being harassed. But investigators didn't buy it.
"For being a former police officer, she has shown no ability to document these very concerning incidents or gather evidence," Cottage Grove police Sgt. Randy McAllister wrote in a search warrant affidavit.
"And now, she refuses to cooperate or communicate further with the Cottage Grove police department."
Tuthill was charged Tuesday with two counts of felony stalking for allegedly sending threatening letters and text messages to another former boyfriend and his new love interest.

Imagine THAT drugged zombie coming to arrest you.
Under armed escort, of course.
Yikes! Those eyes are saying “I’m gonna cut your _______ off and shove it up your ______ !!
For all your, uh, proclivities, I never imagined you hiring an escort service...

Dude, I *am* an escort service.
Yes. It’s like a plumber hiring a plumber, isn’t it???
Oh, she looks like a keeper. And by that I mean keep her away from me!
“Susan Tuthill was once hailed as an outstanding rookie on the White Bear Lake police force.”
Because she is a woman and for no other reason, odds are.
This speculation is borne out by her subsequent conduct.
I agree.
