Probably in the same book as the peanut poisoned airline flyer or the electrocuted hair dryer in the tub.
Wow - there are more rules for serving food in Ca than there are for entering the country. :)
Yesterday somebody handed me a piece of banana bread. Then he said, “I’m sorry, I should have let you take it.” I said, “According to ‘A short history of nearly everything’ a 150 pound man is carrying 5 pounds of bacteria. Because bacteria are so much smaller we each have more bacterial cells traveling with us than we have human cells. If you gave me a tiny amount of bacteria I haven’t been exposed to yet, then thank you for the gift. You have helped me develop immunity.”
They need to ban the towel that’s been everywhere.
"Germaphobe. I know what that's about."
California is becoming a case study in one reason why civilizations collapse.
The rest of the country is not far behind.
Unless they change gloves after every drink, the law does nothing... And is probably worse than before. A bartender that washes hands frequently is far safer than one that puts on a pair of gloves and wears them all day.
How they gonna pick their noses now?
Of course, that creates even more bacteria.
Dumba$$es.
I think everyone should be required to wear gloves when they poop.
I have always been surprised at patrons in restaurants who constantly stress having the dishes and wait staff be absolutely disinfected. These same patrons will sit at the table, unwrap their napkin from the silverware and THEN PUT THAT SILVERWARE ON THE TABLE which has just been wiped down with the “towel” that has been used on other tables, chairs, decorations, etc., etc. They do this while they wait for their food so that fork and spoon gets to collect all kinds of things before they are used. Yummy.
In many bars and restaurants empty 5 gallon buckets are used to bring ice from the ice machine to the ice well where it is used in sodas and mixed drrinks.
The buckets are set on the floor at various times during the operation - when being filled, etc.
That is the same floor where people walk after walking in the rest rooms etc.
Then the buckets are often stored one inside the other - the dirty bottom of one inside the clean interior of another.
Keep an eye on it the next time you are in a bar or place where fountain drinks are served.
So... Are the illegal immigrants that pick the lemons, limes, and cherries, be required to wear gloves when handling the fruit?
I feel safer already.
Gloves hold germs just like human hands! Will they change after every drink?INSANITY!
LOL. Putty
...her slippers have me running for the fosanex
