The father of a 13 year-old girl who was upset by a classroom poster that listed sex acts was shocked to hear that the poster is part of her schools health and science curriculum.
As local Fox News affiliate in Kansas, fox4kc.com,reported Tuesday, Mark Ellis said his daughter, a student at Hocker Grove Middle school in the Shawnee Mission School District, was shocked by what she saw on a poster on a classroom wall in school. Ellis said his daughter took a picture of the poster and showed her parents.
Originally, Ellis assumed the poster to be a student prank, until he called the school and discovered it was part of the curriculum.
Why would you put it in front of 13 year-old students? he asked.
The poster, entitled, How Do People Express Their Sexual Feelings? lists sex acts such as: Oral Sex, Sexual Fantasy, Caressing, Anal Sex, Dancing, Hugging, Touching Each Others Genitals, Kissing, Grinding, and Masturbation.
Ellis said after being told by the school principal the poster was teaching material, he is now concerned about what his daughter is being taught in school.

What, no twerking?
Mind-boggling.
Just imagining a “Leave it to Beaver” episode, in which a still-sqeaky voiced 13-year-old Wally is looking over the list on the school door, and sees his latest crush, Mary Jane Saunders, and goes up and tells her, “gee, Mary Jane. It says here that a nice way for me to express my affection for you is to engage in anal sex.”
In Kansas? Really? What the heck!?
What do you mean by that ?
Nothing on the list about “self-restraint - I’m only thirteen”
Part of the Communist manifesto.
The list might have been compiled BMC (Before Miley Cyrus).
"Talking" is listed twice. One must've been a typo.
Notice Anal Sex is fourth from the top and Vaginal Intercourse is fourth from the bottom.
Seriously, what is the EDUCATIONAL purpose of this poster? Is it supposed to teach middle-school children something? If so, what? Different sexual activities? Things to experiment with? Broadened sexual license?
Does it really serve any purpose except to titillate susceptible teens? As if that’s necessary with the hormone tsunami they’re already experiencing ...
Cuddling on the couch. But cramming two people on the recliner is strictly asexual.
They forgot fisting and urinating on each other. Maybe it is on the back?
A quick story about this. (Nothing an adult can’t read here, but if you’re sensitive you should maybe go to another thread anyway?)
A very nice (and pretty) young nursing assistant (looked all of 13, was reportedly actually 17) came into a class to explain how to avoid getting AIDS. (Yes, I know, there is a very simple explanation how to avoid getting AIDS... but anyway...)
she passed out cards to the class, each with a “sexual practice” (are we working out for the Olympics?) on them...
and asked each recipient to stand up, introduce themselves, read the card, and then explain what “their” sex practice was like...
(there were about three dozen cards...I’ll spare you trying to remember all the sexual practices, did you know there were that many ways of ...??? ... just that there didn’t seem to be any omissions ... fu**ing, fis*ing, felc*ing, just for starters, and it went rapidly downhill from there)
Some of the people in the class were unfamiliar with “their” sexual practice, and the little girl (young lady) nurse assistant then proceeded to describe each one in detail for the “benefit” of all.
She concluded her “talk” by pulling out the world’s largest cucumber... (would have made John Holmes proud, except it was, of course, bright green...hum...maybe that was his problem?). She used it to demonstrate how to install a condom (that was, obviously, size XXXXXXXXXXXXL, yes, the same ones I use.../s)
At any event, the teacher later said he was unfamiliar with many of the “sex practices” too .... you could tell, because he was standing up there red as a beet as the young lady described all her “sexual practices”
Somehow, I think most of this “sex ed” stuff is better left to the parents. Maybe a nice, carefully-prepared accurate brochure could help. That’s about it. I don’t think we need all these governmental interventions in our private lives, or in the classrooms of America. Just my 2cents.
Whips and chains, leather collars with leashes?
They cover that the following year...
The only purpose it serves is to attempt to normalize certain acts (such as anal sex) by promoting them as a “typical” way to express your sexual feelings - like cuddling.
Catch up, Mom and Dad. Kids are fully informed on sex before they are 10. Their sources may be evil, but they are fully informed.
Home school. I’m just saying.
