Thanks for trying to educate me. I’m still not sure I’m getting it, but as the facts trickle in I may be able to put it in order, at least to an extent.

That is for the whole country. That is what I was talking about when I said that they made the regular Medicaid patients, enroll on lin under Obamacare and then had them assigned to Medicaid. It is all part of the scam.
