Somebody’s property taxes are about to go up...Yep. These settlements ought to come out of their pension funds instead of making the taxpayers cough it up.

These settlements ought to come out of their pension funds instead of making the taxpayers cough it up. Couldn't agree more...if these settlements hit THEM in the wallet; perhaps they would dial it down in the future.
